A few more

Here are a few more pictures.. this is Jensen spelling.. he LOVES letters.. i can not stress that enough... is it bad when your kids are smarter than you?? I may just be in trouble!!!!

Also their favorite fruit...... STRAWBERRIES... they have to show me how much they like them and show me that they are eating them.. they would eat them every day if we would let them.. which i guess there could be worse things to eat...

Never a dull moment in this house!!! Jensen is now spelling words.. Not sure if i have written that yet. He can spell nemo, elmo, pink, brown, blue and red.. Maybe a few more.. He can recognize WAY more than that.. He can recognize 10 color words, and most things about Wonder Pets and Little Einsteins:) He is one smart cookie. And miss Madelyn is just a little social butterfly. Today i went out to get the kids (they were staying overnight at grandma and grandpa's) and madelyn got up from her nap and went for a ride with grandpa. Well he came home alone because she wanted to stay over at the neighbors and play with the big girls.. They are 10 and 8.. Madelyn really feels like she is part of the group. She is really into this new sorting game that i got at walmart this past week. It has 5 different color cups, and 50 bears of assorted colors like the cups. She can sort them like it is no other... Anyway these are some pictures from this weekend...

Huge Loss

Well i hate to have to post something like this but this past week has been a hard one on us. After watching my grandma Rosie couragiously fight cancer my whole life, i also watched her lose her battle this week. She may have lost her battle on this earth but she is winning it wherever she is now. So it has been a week filled with family, family, and oh a little more family. Grandma wouldnt have it any other way!!!! My brother got to fly in from Afghanistan to be with the family... so it was soo good to see him but not in this situation.. So hopefully this week we can get a little more back to normal.. whatever that might be...
